Weston, Wis.—The Wisconsin Dental Association and WDA Foundation held its third Mission of Mercy here June 24-25, providing an estimated $1.12 million in charitable dental care to 1,570 children and adults during 2,141 patient visits, including 22 Special Olympics Wisconsin athletes.

The ADAF Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Gene Wurth as the ADA Foundation’s new executive director, effective July 5.

In June, the ADA Board of Trustees selected 12 participants for the 2011-12 Institute for Diversity in Leadership.
